Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order.

 

We offer exchanges for new items only. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia and Finland.

 

If you received your item more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging.

Exemptions

Unfortunately, Aina Kinis is not able to offer exchanges for the following items:

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

• Items marked final sale

• Items purchased at a trunk show, pop-up shop, or at any of our retailers

Changes to an order

If an error was made during the ordering process, please contact hello@ainakinis.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify your order to suit your needs. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you will most likely need to return the order via the aforementioned process.
