How much does delivery cost?We offer worldwide shipping at a flat rate of 20€. For shipping within Indonesia please check pricing in here.

Is it safe to purchase online from the website?Absolutely! Aina Kinis uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact hello@ainakinis.com and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

How can I change or cancel my order?Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes to your order. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we regret that we cannot make any changes. In this case, you will need to go through our return process. When will my order arrive?Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding Indonesian holidays) after placing it. For orders within Indonesia, delivery typically takes 1-7 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location. For international orders, Aina Kinis uses Pos Indonesia. Your package should arrive 5-14 business days after it has been shipped.

What is a pre-order? Can I cancel my pre-order?A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at hello@ainakinis.com.

What size should I order?Our kinis are designed for a snug fit to provide maximum support and stay securely in place during all occasions and activities. If you engage in activities where a stay-on bikini is essential, your regular size should suffice. However, if you prefer a less tight fit, consider sizing up. For personalized sizing advice, feel free to contact us via email or Instagram!

What styles are suited for a larger bust?All of our kini tops are designed to fit different body types. The MERI, LUMI, and HELMI tops are all suited for larger busts. Additionally, the LUMI and HELMI tops offer extra support for those who need it.

Can I order different sizes for the top and bottom?Yes, you can! At Aina Kinis, we want everyone to feel their best in our swimwear. That's why we offer the flexibility to mix and match different sizes for tops and bottoms. Our main goal in selling them separately is to ensure you can choose the perfect fit for your unique body. Feel free to mix and match sizes and styles however you like!

How do I take care of my Aina Kinis?Do not iron the kinis. Rinse after contact with salt water or chlorine. Hand wash in cold water with mild, gentle soap. Lay flat to dry in the shade.

What material are the bikinis made of?Aina Kinis Seashell Collcetion is made from a blend of 87% POLY and 13% SPDX, the double-layered, double-knitted fabric ensures durability, stretch, and that nothing is see-through, with UPF 50+ protection for your skin. Each bikini is sustainably handmade in Bali, Indonesia.

What is your return policy?Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. We offer exchanges for new items only. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items can be returned via mail to our return addresses in Indonesia and Finland. If you received your item more than 14 days ago, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including in the original packaging. To initiate your exchange, please contact hello@ainakinis.com for further instructions.

What if I receive a damaged or faulty item?We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at hello@ainakinis.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

Do import duties and taxes apply to all international shipments?Not all shipments are subject to import duties and taxes. Collections of import duties and taxes on an international shipment depend on the country's "De Minimis Value" and the customs regulations of the destination country.

What happens if I refuse to pay import duties and taxes on my order?If your order is dutiable and/or taxable, the only way to have the parcel released from customs and continue to delivery is to pay those customs charges. If you refuse to pay the import duties and taxes, the shipment will be returned to Aina Kinis. Please note that Aina Kinis and our carrier partner has no control over any charges applied to your order by customs.

What if my order does not arrive?We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, Aina Kinis is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, less a return postage charge of 20€ and a 15€ administration fee.
